Award Received by Yip Shiu Tuck’s godson
Mr. Yip Shiu Tuck, respectfully called Uncle Tuck, a veteran Cantonese opera playwright and librettist and also a great contributor in nurturing new generations to work for the local music scene. Uncle Tuck dedicated his whole life to Cantonese opera with numerous outstanding works, of which “Li Hou Zhu Zhi Qu Guo Gui Xiang” was being awarded “CASH Golden Sail Most Performed Works Award – Chinese Operatic Work” eight times.
