Over the years, the CASH Music Fund has sponsored the commission of over 800 new works written by more than 180 writer members for over 200 performing groups.
Eligibility
- An applicant (organisation and/or performing group registered in Hong Kong) can apply for commission sponsorship of a maximum of four works within two years (i.e. the current year and the previous year).
- These works may be performed in one or up to four concerts.
- The Applicant should ensure that the composer is a CASH member and he/she does not receive more than four commissions sponsored by CASH Music Fund within two years prior to the application.

Since its establishment in 1994, the CASH Music Scholarship is awarded to an outstanding student who requires financial assistance to undertake postgraduate study in music composition at a university or an acceptable educational institution outside Hong Kong. The maximum value of the scholarship is HK$200,000 for the normal duration of one academic year.
Eligibility
- Hong Kong resident with valid Hong Kong Identity Card (HKID);
- Preferably aged 30 or under at the time the scholarship commences; and
- Have completed undergraduate study majoring in music at a university in Hong Kong
